BMI vs Body Fat!! Which is the Most Suitable?

Body Fat and Body Mass Index (BMI) is methods to measure the health of the body with the calculation between weight and height. Measurements in the BMI method, if the numbers show 25 or more then it means there is a high risk of heart disease,

and if the numbers show the numbers less than 18 it indicates that you have a high risk of osteoporosis. But many are denied in the calculations especially athletes. because most of the weight of the athletes came from their muscles, therefore they are not likely to experience heart disease risk if their BMI is 25 or more shows.

BMI Calculation

There are two factors in determining BNI someone, i.e. height and weight. BMI calculation can determine that you are obese, too thin, or you've been ideal.

For males, if the numbers BMI indicates the number 14-17 then stated if 18-25 is declared if 25 or more than the stated overweight or obese. For women, if your BMI indicates the number 21-24 then stated if 25-31 then stated if 32 or more then revealed obese or obese.

There are ways to measure BMI with the usual calculation, namely weight (kg)/height (m) x Height (m). For example, Johnson has a high 175cm and weight 70kg, if calculated then 70/1.75 x 1.75 = 22.86 means Johnson includes having the body ideal.
